Check for OpenSSL System Dependency

Usage

check_openssl_installed()

Value

Returns ‘TRUE’ invisibly if found; otherwise, throws an error.

Description

Verifies that the ‘openssl’ command-line tool is installed and accessible via the system’s PATH. Required for RSA-PSS signing.
